Common questions

DoingRN cannot hear my microphone.

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and make sure DoingRN is enabled. Then quit and reopen DoingRN.

Speech recognition is not ready.

DoingRN downloads its on-device speech model the first time it runs. Keep the app open and connected to the internet until the download finishes. Voice audio remains on your Mac.

My Pro subscription is not showing.

Open DoingRN → Settings → Subscription → Upgrade, then choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same DoingRN account and Apple Account used for the purchase.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Open DoingRN → Settings → Subscription → Manage. Apple handles subscription billing and cancellation.

How do I delete my account or request my data?

Email eddie@doingrn.com from the address associated with your DoingRN account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
